The learning environment is a critical element of the Walker Learning Approach. Planning (Statement of Intent), Tuning In and Reflection have to be rigorously implemented and the Investigations must be used to link into other aspects of learning throughout each day. The actual learning environment, provocations, materials and resources are what will ultimately provide the richness, engagement and personalising of the learning. The learning environment provides opportunities for teachers to scaffold and to make links to the learning intentions. In this DVD each learning area is presented in relation to the set up, provocations, intentions and the key learning opportunities.
