How to create positive change

Jo Maloney

Wellbeing Science in Early Childhood Education offers insights into how educators and teams can actively foster positive change to improve the wellbeing of everyone in their setting. Each chapter delves into the research and theory behind a specific aspect of wellbeing, providing practical guidance on implementation.

Themes covered include relationships, emotions, resilience, strengths, mindfulness, kindness and compassion, as well as habits and goals. Through exploring these topics, educators can gain a deeper understanding of how to create an environment that promotes the holistic wellbeing of children, colleagues, and themselves.
