Bush Kinder - Starting an Outdoor Learning ProgramSRF Wellbeing NESA accredited Student Wellbeing Student Wellbeing

Are you ready to start an off-site outdoor learning (Bush Kinder) program? Let us guide you on your Bush Kinder journey with a combination of presentation slides, video, expert panel discussions, virtual walk-throughs, and audience Q&A to assist and inspire you.

Our online event is also a SCHOOL READINESS FUNDING APPROVED PD in Victoria, NESA Accredited in NSW and Kindy Uplift supported in Queensland.

This dynamic webinar examines the importance of Bush Kinder and what you need to know to get started, including pedagogical theory, establishing routines, risk benefit assessments and resourcing Bush Kinder experiences to enhance children’s well-being.

Our online panel of Walker Learning and Bush Kinder experts will bring expertise and relevance to the discussion on the critical role of the natural environment in the lives of young children.

We will use videos and virtual tours to show children and educators in a natural outdoor learning environment.

This session references some of the new EYLF Principles and Practices including sustainability, equity, diversity, and inclusions along with relational pedagogy, physical, temporal, social, emotional environments and community partnerships.

Interaction is encouraged throughout the session through the use of the chat wall to share your thoughts and post questions for our experts.
